The Nernst In-Situ Oxygen Analyzer is designed to combine an oxygen probe and field electronics in a compact package.
Oxygen probes can be inserted directly into the chimney to measure the oxygen content during the combustion process. The Nernst Oxygen Sensor is used to measure the oxygen content of flue gases released during combustion.
These oxygen measurements can be used by control systems or boiler operators to change the fuel or air ratio of the burner to ensure maximum efficiency and minimum levels of nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide.
The analyzer is easy to use and integrate. It requires little maintenance as it contains no sampling device or moving parts.
